Full amount of deposit will be refunded if customer cancels show at least thirty days prior to show date listed on the deposit receipt.
Half the amount of deposit will be refunded if customer cancels show at least fifteen days prior to show date listed on the deposit receipt, but less than thirty days prior to the show date.
No amount of deposit will be refunded if customer cancels show with less than fifteen days notice.
Full amount of deposit will be refunded if Sonic Lizard cancels the show for any reason, except those noted below:
Sonic Lizard reserves the right to cancel the show, and make no refund of deposit, if the customer changes the location of the show with less than 30 days notice, and Sonic Lizard declines the new location for any reason. Given thirty or more days notice, we will refund the full deposit if we decline the new location.
In the event that we have agreed in advance to do an outdoor show, Sonic Lizard reserves the right to receive payment in full for any remaining balance of the total fee due before beginning the show, and further, Sonic Lizard reserves the right to cancel the show, and make no refund whatsoever, if our equipment becomes exposed to precipitation, high winds, or the possibility of lightening at any point during the show.Sonic Lizard reserves the right to cancel the show, and make no refund of deposit, if the customer, through action or inaction, fails to provide full space and full access for Sonic Lizard to unload and begin setting up its equipment during the hour prior to the scheduled start time of the show. (Please keep in mind we require 60 minutes to set up our equipment. Therefore, if you delay the beginning of our set-up until the scheduled start time, the show will start at least one hour late with no reduction of the total fee, and no change in the scheduled end time of the actual show.) If you wish us to wait any longer than one hour to begin unloading and set-up without canceling the show, we will only consider the request if you can provide a secure, indoor, temperature controlled space for our vehicle, equipment, and personnel. Under no circumstances will we wait beyond one hour without first receiving complete payment of any remaining balance due for the full cost of the show; no part of the total fee will be refunded if you cancel the show after this point.
Sonic Lizard reserves the right to cancel the show at any point, and make no refund of deposit or any other fees, if you or any guests of your event deliberately harm, damage or threaten any of our equipment or personnel.
